Introduction
Medical school is a time of intense learning and exciting new opportunities.
Students are often faced with emotionally challenging situations, both in our
work environment as well as in our personal lives as young adults. Research
shows that medical students are at increased risk for depression, but that they
tend not to seek care.
PsychSIGN is
dedicated to decreasing stigma surrounding student mental health and promoting
access to care.
