APA is working hard to bring BCBS of Florida’s actions in terminating its mental health network providers from its network and asking them to re-contract at significantly reduced rates and with greater restrictions on service to Congress and to the Administration.  We need your help to be successful in preventing insurance companies from making an  end run around the requirements of the Mental Health Parity Act that we fought so hard to have Congress pass.
